We are familiar with FHA, CHFA and other programs designed to assist persons in purchasing a home. We take satisfaction in addressing those concerns and making their transaction as smooth as possible.

We also represent many investors who purchase and resell real estate and we understand their need for transactions that are fast, smooth and secure.

Refinancing

We assist individuals and lenders in refinancing homes and other real estate. We are able to save our clients fees by representing both them and the lender during the refinance. We understand the concerns of persons who are refinancing and we endeavor to answer all questions and make the transaction run smoothly.

Selling

We offer legal services for persons who are selling real estate, including negotiation of terms, preparation of documents and representation at the closing table.

Commercial

We are experienced in representing persons who are buying or selling commercial property, including multi-family apartments, industrial buildings and other business properties. We assist our clients in the preparation of contracts and other required documents, negotiation of terms and representation at closing.

We also represent landlords and tenants in leasing commercial property, including drafting and negotiating lease terms.

Evictions

We assist owners of property in evicting non-paying and other problematic tenants through summary process. Our representation includes filing suit, attempting to negotiate settlements, trying cases that cannot be settled, and coordinating the removal of tenants by court process.
